About the composition of detector FPC membrane switch
The difference between FPC thin film switch and ordinary thin film switch is that the circuit is no longer a silver paste printed circuit, but a more stable FPC circuit material, which is more resistant to high temperature and corrosion.
FPC (flexible circuit board) is used for FPC thin film switch circuit layer. The circuit has high precision, output spacing of 1.0mm, extremely low resistance value, four color LED welding, stable and reliable performance, and long service life.
This kind of thin film switch is called flexible thin film switch, because the shielding layer, isolation layer and circuit layer of the thin film switch are composed of various kinds of software thin films. The circuit layer of the flexible membrane switch is made of polyester film (PET) with good electrical property as the carrier of the switch circuit pattern. This layer is also divided into hand shrapnel and upper and lower circuits.
Due to the characteristics of polyester film, FPC film switch makes the film switch have good insulation, heat resistance, bending resistance and high elasticity. The circuit of the switch circuit, including the switch connection and its outgoing line, is printed with a low resistance conductive coating and cured at low temperature.
